CAPONE'S HUA HIN — GRAND OPENING PROMOTION
Terms & Conditions
1. General
1.1 The promotion runs from 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM (midnight) on August 15, 2026 and 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM on August 16, 2026 at Capone's Hua Hin only.
1.2 By participating, entrants accept these terms in full.
1.3 The Promoter is Capone's Pizza Co., Ltd.
1.4 In the event of any inconsistency between the Thai and English versions, the English version prevails.
2. Spin the Wheel
2.1 The wheel is available only on the promotion date, 5:00 PM to 12:00 AM, at Capone's Hua Hin.
2.2 To spin, a participant must present a valid Capone's Hua Hin receipt dated August 15-16, 2026 with a transaction time between 5:00 PM and 12:00 AM, showing a minimum spend of THB 300 (inclusive of VAT and service charge, net of discounts).
2.3 Only in-store purchases qualify. Orders placed through Grab, LINE MAN, foodpanda, Robinhood, or any third-party delivery or aggregator platform are excluded.
2.4 One (1) spin per person, regardless of the number of receipts presented or the amount spent. Receipts may not be combined or split to obtain additional spins.
2.5 Each receipt will be marked or collected at the time of the spin. A marked receipt cannot be used again.
2.6 Spins must be taken in person during the promotion window. Any spin not taken by midnight is forfeited and has no value.
2.7 Wheel prizes are awarded as displayed, are subject to availability, and may be substituted with an item of equal or greater value at the Promoter's sole discretion.
2.8 Wheel prizes are not redeemable on the date of issue. Prizes must be redeemed in-store on a subsequent visit on or before 31 December 2026, after which they expire and are forfeited without compensation. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, credit, or other goods, and cannot be combined with any other promotion or discount.
3. "Pizza for a Year" Drawing
3.1 The drawing will take place at approximately 8:00 PM on August 15, 2026 at the venue.
3.2 To enter, a participant must (a) add Capone's Hua Hin as a friend on LINE (@caponespizza) and (b) write their name, LINE display name, and contact number on an entry slip and deposit it in the entry bucket before 8:00 PM.
3.3 Entrants must be physically present at the venue when their name is drawn. If the drawn entrant does not present themselves within [three (3)] minutes of their name being announced, the entry is void and a replacement name will be drawn. This repeats until a present winner is confirmed.
3.4 One (1) entry per person. Duplicate, illegible, or incomplete entries will be disqualified.
3.5 The winner must present valid photo ID matching the name on the entry slip.
3.6 The draw is conducted at random and the Promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
4. "Pizza for a Year" Prize Definition
4.1 The prize consists of one (1) 12-inch pizza per calendar month for twelve (12) consecutive months, being a maximum of twelve (12) pizzas in total.
4.2 The winner may select any 12-inch pizza from the standard Capone's Hua Hin menu current at the time of redemption. Specialty, seasonal, limited-edition, and off-menu items may be excluded at the Promoter's discretion. Extra toppings, size upgrades, sides, and beverages are not included and are payable by the winner.
4.3 The prize period begins on September 1, 2026 and ends twelve (12) months later.
4.4 Entitlements do not roll over. An unused monthly pizza expires at the end of that calendar month and is forfeited.
4.5 The prize is strictly non-transferable and may be redeemed by the winner in person only, upon presentation of the prize card and photo ID.
4.6 The prize has no cash value, cannot be exchanged, refunded, sold, or applied as credit against any other purchase, and cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, voucher, or set menu.
4.7 Redemption is for dine-in or in-store pickup only. The prize cannot be redeemed via any delivery or third-party platform.
4.8 The prize is redeemable at Capone's Hua Hin only.
4.9 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse redemption where it reasonably suspects fraud, resale, or abuse, and to cancel the prize in such cases.
4.10 If the Hua Hin location permanently closes during the prize period, the Promoter's liability is limited to the remaining unredeemed entitlements, which may be settled at the Promoter's discretion by transfer to another branch or termination without compensation.
5. Eligibility
5.1 Open to persons aged 20 years or older. Prizes including alcoholic beverages are available only to persons aged 20+ with valid ID.
5.2 Employees of the Promoter, their immediate family members, and contractors involved in the promotion are not eligible.
6. Publicity and Data
6.1 By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their name, contact number, LINE ID, photograph, and video likeness for the administration of this promotion and for the Promoter's marketing purposes, without further compensation.
6.2 Personal data is handled in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (2019). Participants may withdraw consent by contacting @caponespizza.
7. Other
7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the promotion at any time without prior notice where required by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
7.2 Any taxes or duties arising from receipt of a prize are the responsibility of the winner.
7.3 These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand.
