What is Chicago-style deep dish pizza?
Chicago deep dish is a fundamentally different pizza from the thin-crust slices most people are used to. The crust is thick and pressed up the sides of the pan, the cheese goes in first directly against the dough, then the toppings, then a slow-cooked chunky tomato sauce on top. It takes longer to bake than a regular pizza — around 35 minutes — and it's filling in a way that a standard slice never is. Capone's is the only restaurant in Bangkok making authentic Chicago-style deep dish.
How is deep dish different from New York style pizza?
New York style is thin, wide, and foldable — built to eat fast. Deep dish is the opposite. It's thick, pan-baked, and built in layers with the sauce on top rather than underneath the cheese. Both are on the Capone's menu, but they're completely different eating experiences. If you've never had deep dish before, it's worth trying at least once before deciding which you prefer.
How long does a deep dish pizza take to bake?
Around 35 minutes from order to ready. Deep dish takes longer than a regular pizza because of how it's built — the layers need time to cook through properly. It's worth the wait, but factor that in if you're ordering for a specific time.
What delivery platforms can I order Capone's on?
You can order through Grab, LineMan, Shopee Food, and Robinhood for delivery from our Bangkok locations. You can also order directly through our website at caponespizza.com for all three locations including Hua Hin. Ordering direct means you're ordering straight from us — no platform in between.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Delivery coverage depends on the platform and which location is closest to you. Grab, LineMan, Shopee Food, and Robinhood each have their own delivery radius — if you're in central Bangkok or along the Sukhumvit corridor you'll almost certainly be covered. The most reliable way to check is to open your preferred app and search for Capone's Pizza. Our Hua Hin location currently only takes orders through the website.

We have three locations:
Capone's Pizza Asoke — Unit S21, 399 Sukhumvit Road, Khlong Toei Nuea, Watthana, Bangkok 10110. On the Soi 23 side of Interchange 21. Takeaway, delivery, and pizza by the slice. No dine-in.
Capone's Pizza Sukhumvit 101/1 — 29/1 Sukhumvit 101/1, Bang Chak, Phra Khanong, Bangkok 10260. Located in Di Wavery Place Community Mall near True Digital Park. Full dine-in available.
Capone's Pizza Hua Hin — our newest location, open now. Orders through the website only.
What are your opening hours?
All three locations are open daily from 11am to 2am.
Do you have dine-in?
Our Sukhumvit 101/1 location has full dine-in. The Asoke location is takeaway, delivery, and slices only — no dine-in seating. If you're planning a sit-down meal, Sukhumvit 101/1 is the one to go to.
How many people does one deep dish pizza feed?
One deep dish is a serious pizza — most people find it feeds two comfortably, or one very hungry person. For groups, a good rule of thumb is one deep dish per two people, plus sides. If you're ordering for four or more, mix a couple of deep dish varieties with some New York style and wings and you'll have more than enough.
Do you do catering or large group orders?
Yes. If you're ordering for a large group, event, or office, get in touch with us directly through the contact page and we'll sort it out. Large orders are better handled directly than through a delivery platform.
Do you have vegetarian options?
Yes — the Veggie Deep Dish and Spinach Deep Dish are both meat-free, and there are vegetarian options across the New York style menu too. If you have specific dietary questions, reach out through the contact page and we'll help.
What's your most popular pizza?
The Sausage and Pepperoni Deep Dish. It's been the top seller since we opened and it's not particularly close. If you're ordering for the first time and can't decide, start there.
