We're in Hua Hin.
As of this week, Capone's Pizza is open on Soi 94 — the same Chicago deep dish that's been on the menu in Bangkok since 2020, now available on the coast. We're in soft opening right now, which means we're up and running but still putting the finishing touches on the full space.
Here's where things stand.
What's open now
The patio is open and it's a good place to be. Order at the counter, take a seat outside, and the food comes to you. The full Capone's menu is available — every deep dish variety, the New York style lineup, wings, garlic knots, the works. Delivery in Hua Hin is available directly through the website at caponespizza.com. We're not on Grab or the other apps in Hua Hin yet, but that's coming. Takeaway is available for anyone who'd rather eat elsewhere.
What's coming soon
The indoor restaurant and bar area is still under construction and will be opening in the coming weeks. When it's ready, it's going to be worth the wait. We're putting in a full bar with beer taps, comfortable seating, and pool tables — all air conditioned, which if you've spent a summer in Hua Hin you'll know is not something to take lightly. Air conditioned pool tables are genuinely rare here and we're pretty happy about that.
We'll announce the full opening on our social channels and here on the blog as soon as it's ready.
The pizza
For anyone coming to Capone's for the first time in Hua Hin — the deep dish is the thing to start with. It's thick-pan Chicago style: cornmeal crust pressed up the sides of the pan, mozzarella cheese goes in first against the dough, then the toppings, then a slow-cooked San Marzano tomato sauce on top. It takes around 35 minutes to bake. It's filling in a way that a regular pizza isn't.
The Sausage and Pepperoni Deep Dish is the most ordered pizza across all three Capone's locations and a good starting point if you're new to deep dish. The Supreme is the one to get if you're sharing. If you want something lighter, the Spinach Deep Dish or Veggie Deep Dish are both solid choices.
New York style is on the menu too — thinner, bigger slices, ready faster. Good for a quick lunch or if you want to try a few different things in one sitting.

We're at 414 Soi 94, Hua Hin, Prachuap Khiri Khan 77110. There's a private parking lot directly across the street. Open daily from 11am to 2am.
