Capone's is Bangkok's only authentic Chicago-style deep dish. That matters more than it sounds.

Chicago deep dish is a different animal from the thin-crust slices you find everywhere else. The crust is thick and buttery, pressed up the sides of the pan. The cheese goes in first directly against the dough, then the toppings, then a chunky tomato sauce on top that's been cooked low and slow. It takes longer to bake than a regular pizza. It weighs more. It fills you up in a way that a slice never does.

Capone's came out of the 2020 lockdowns, when Bangkok was as quiet as it's ever been. One family recipe, a kitchen in Sukhumvit, and a lot of testing later — we had a deep dish that held up against anything back home in Chicago. The first batch sold out at a Super Bowl party. We've been making it the same way since.

You can order online for delivery across Bangkok, or find us in person at Sukhumvit Soi 23 in Asoke and Sukhumvit 101/1 near True Digital Park. Hua Hin is our newest location, open now in Soi 94. All three are open until 2am daily — including weekends.
